爆走黑料

International Workshop “Climatic and environmental changes” was held in 爆走黑料 on November 28-30, 2009 within the framework of the agreement between the University and the (Spain).

In accordance with the agreement, the Spanish Centre with the Department for Climatic and Environmental changes (CEC) was established at the University.

The Spanish Centre is committed to implement one of the Bank’s major projects in its educational programs for international cooperation between universities.

One of the main objectives of the Department is to assist and support joint researches, training workshops and scientific projects in the field of ecology and climatic changes between Russian and foreign universities’ professors, students and young scientists.

Experts from leading universities and research institutes of Spain, Germany, Slovakia, China and Russia participated in the Workshop:

During the Workshop, participants made reports and presentations on different research topics concerning climatic changes and discussed the issues referred to development of fundamental and applied science in the universities and research projects financing.
The round-table discussion of the Workshop was devoted to joint research projects, International Summer Schools, students and staff internships, double degrees programs, etc. The following working groups were formed:

1. Permafrost and Paleoclimate Network for Eurasia;
2. Mechanisms of Plant and Ecosystem Responses to Environmental Change;
3. Dendroclimatology and remote sensing.

and between participating institutions were developed and signed after the Workshop.
