• training skilled workers with business needs in mind;
• basic research and applied studies;

• consultation, analysis and training at Rosneft company

The Innovation Centre will contribute to creating competitive edge for NK Rosneft and monitoring technological trends according to Rosneft's priorities. The Centre will develop and implement modules and optional courses for university students to provide a labour pool for innovative development. The Centre will organise internships and research sabbaticals for students and staff. It will help in training NK Rosneft's employees, working with high school students, arranging grant applications.
