Eugeny Kuzmin, Associate Professor from the Department of Radioelectronics, Institute of Engineering Physics and Radioelectronics, SibFU, has won 2012-2014 competition to receive the RF President scholarship to support young researchers and doctoral students. His project was in the nomination 'Space technologies related to telecommunications including GLONASS and surface infrastructure'.
The annual national public competition to get the RF President scholarship aims at supporting young researchers and doctoral students working in promising fields to modernise the Russian economy. The monthly scholarship of 20,000 roubles is paid for three years.
The scholarship recognizes the value of Eugeny Kuzmin's research 'Developing the radio navigation systems to work with GLONASS'
Eugeny Kuzmin's universty jobs also include being the Head of the Department of Integrated Radio Navigation Systems at SibFU's Student Engineering Office.
