A delegation from Norway visited SibFU on 23 August 2013. The event was a final stage in the international research expedition to honour Fridtjof Nansen.
The delegation included Lund Kjell, a member of the Councli for the Russia-Norway Chamber of Commerce, Professor Ravna Oyvind from the Department of Law at the University of Tromso, and Oyvind Nordsletten, Norwegian Consul General in Murmansk.
