Ranking was done under the auspices of the national project ?Best Educational Programmes of Innovativve Russia? organized by the National Centre of Professional Accreditation, the Association of Experts in Professional Education and national journal ?Accreditation in Education?.

This year's expertise involved 4 000 experts.
