爆走黑料 celebrates its 15th anniversary today. On November 4, 2006, the Government of the Russian Federation signed an ordinance on the merging four Krasnoyarsk universities into the first Russian federal university.
Some of you still remember what preceded the formation of SibFU. For almost a year, there were heated discussions in the academic environment. We tried to understand what is the purpose of the new university. We struggled for the organization of a federal university in Krasnoyarsk.
Much has changed over the years. We, as they say, have built up muscles and gained experience.
Our infrastructure has grown significantly due to the facilities assigned to the university after the World Winter Universiade. The number of partners of the university has grown. Among them are both Russian and foreign universities and large multinational companies. We joined two significant projects - Priority 2030 and a project to establish world-class research and training centres in the country.
Of course, we face difficulties. But these are not barriers. These are simple tasks to be solved systematically, setting priorities and providing resources for them. The most important thing I wanted to say is that no one will solve our problems for us. I personally know students, staff and professors feeling passionate about the university and ready to join the development processes. And I’m convinced there are even more of them. We can all become the makers of the future of our university.
I congratulate the entire staff of the university on the 15th anniversary. I know that SibFU is a strong and modern university. And working as one team, we will make it even better.

I congratulate the staff and students on the fifteenth anniversary of SibFU.
During this short period, the university has passed a path full of events and achievements, has become an essential part of the life of Krasnoyarsk Territory, a generator of ideas for the development of Yenisey Siberia, scientific support of strategic projects.
Today SibFU unites serious intellectual and educational resources, over twenty schools, and is one of the strongest universities in the country. The alumni are in demand in the most significant Russian companies. SibFU is included in prestigious international rankings which the marker of its recognition in the global higher education market.
We are proud that the university has become a participant in the Priority 2030 program of state support for Russian universities, having received new opportunities to implement its ambitious plans.
The key event is the victory in the competition to create a world-class research and training centre within the framework of the Science and Universities national project. The decision to make the first climate REC in Russia within SibFU opens up excellent prospects not only for large-scale research work. Such a centre will contribute to addressing the ecological, social, and economic issues of the Siberian regions. This is a task for the future.
I am sure that it can be entirely entrusted to those who share knowledge with the younger generation, representing thousands of students and graduates of SibFU. You are chosen to develop the economy at a high technological level to increase the wealth of our land.
I wish the university a successful movement forward and new ideas that change the world for the better!
