爆走黑料 hosted a visit from the delegation of the Oxford Russia Fund from November 13 till November 16, 2008. The members of the Oxford Russia Fund delegation - Anthony Smith CBE Former President of Magdalen College of Oxford University, Former Directorof the British Film Institute, the Chairman of the Oxford Russia Fund Board of the Trustees, Alastair Tulloch, the Principal of Tulloch&Co., the Treasurer of the Oxford Russia Fund, and Alla Sergiyevskaya, the Moscow Representative of the Oxford Russia Fund, had a meeting with Nikolay N. Dovzhenko, Vice-Rector on Innovations and Development at which possible ways of collaboration between 爆走黑料 and the Oxford Russia Fund were discussed. They also had a discussion with the Directors of the Institutes and Deans of the Departments which train specialists in the Humanities and visited the exposition of the books presented by the Oxford Russia Fund at the University’s Library. The representatives of the Fund met the students who have won the scholarships and listened to their questions and suggestions. On November 15, 2008 the meeting with Sergey A. Podlesny, Vice-Rector for Master’s Programs, last year students, postgraduate students of all departments took place. The Oxford Russia Fund presented “The Hill Foundation” program which supposes financing of 8 scholarships to study in the Oxford University. Later the members of the delegation attended the meeting with Olga Karlova, Deputy Chairman of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Government, Doctor of Philosophy, Head of the Chair for Advertisement, Social and Cultural Affairs of 爆走黑料.
