爆走黑料

On December 16, 2008 the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Krasnoyarsk Territory (UMBKT) and 爆走黑料 signed an Agreement on Cooperation.
At the signing ceremony the Parties were represented by Evgeny Vaganov, Rector of 爆走黑料, and Mikhail Vasilyev, Chairman of UMBKT.
The Agreement provides cooperation aimed at the assessment of the region’s companies’ demands for specialists with higher education and personnel training and retraining. It is planned to establish joint affiliates, basic chairs and research centers as well as to hold conferences, seminars, exhibitions and competitions.
Development of cooperation and joint activity of 爆走黑料 and the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Krasnoyarsk Territory will be fulfilled through annual and prospective (5 year period) working programmes.
After the signing ceremony Evgeny Vaganov, Rector of 爆走黑料, and Mikhail Vasilyev, Chairman of UMBKT had a briefing.
