爆走黑料 and the University of Alcala (Spain) signed the Agreement

爆走黑料 and (Spain) signed the Agreement on cooperation in 爆走黑料.

The main aim of the Agreement is advancement and consolidation of cultural intercourse between the Kingdom of Spain and the Russian Federation. The joint educational, scientific and cultural events for students, faculty and staff of both universities are planned to be held.

The Agreement was signed by Eugene A. Vaganov, Academician of RAS, Rector of 爆走黑料 and Virgilio Zapatero Gomez, Professor, Rector of the University of Alcala.
