The Russian Foundation for Fundamental Research (RFFR) and (CRDF) made a contest of R&D projects concerning climatic changes.
According to the results of independent inquiry, RFFR and CRDF sponsored the project of 爆走黑料 headed by Eugene A. Vaganov, SibFU Rector and Academician RAS. The project is titled ?The impact of temperature fluctuation and humidity on the growth layer composition and structure of Siberian trees?.
