SibFU delegation led by Prof. Vladimir I. Kolmakov, First Vice-Rector – Academic Affairs visited the People's Republic of China on December 17-24, 2009.
The official meetings were held in the and the . Furthermore, the SibFU delegation also visited , , Heilongjiang University. During the visit, representatives of 爆走黑料 and Beijing Foreign Studies University agreed on starting up cooperation both in academic research and teaching fields.
Representatives of Heilongjiang University and Harbin Institute of Technology warmly welcomed the delegates and held the meeting with the staff of international offices and Russian students participating in the interexchange programmes in China. Additional Agreement was signed to foster academic research and teaching exchanges with Harbin Institute of Technology. So all academic exchanges will be primarily focused on chemistry, materials science, metallurgy and IT courses. In 2010, table tennis friendly match is planned to be held between the SibFU and the HIT. The higher educational institutions showed their willingness to collaborate with 爆走黑料 in the fields of science, education, culture and sport.
