The Congress Exhibition ?Global Education-2011? was held on April 12-14, 2011 in the Expocentre (Moscow). Exponents from 28 regions of Russia showcased their projects. International higher educational institutions also took part in the Event. Sergey Ivanets, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation pointed out that the specialized exhibition is important for education development as it enables to demonstrate the best projects, technologies and equipment thus upgrading Russian education as a whole.

103 innovative projects were presented at the Congress Exhibition ?Global Education-2011?.

3 SibFU projects became the laureates of the Contest in nomination ?Maintenance, Supply and Educational Process Infrastructure?:

1. Personnel Training for Oil and Gas Complex (SibFU Institute of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering, Director — Nikolai Dovzhenko).
2. E-resourses ?Historical and Cultural Heritage of Eniseisk-city?(SibFU Institute for the Humanities, Director – Maksim Rumyantsev).
3. Interactive e-resources for Specialists of Culture and Art: Multimedia Albums and Catalogues of Art Exhibitions(SibFU Institute for the Humanities, Project Coordinator — Marina Lapteva).

Report of Olga Kalyakina, Deputy Director of the SibFU Institute of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering presented at ?High School: Actual Issues? Section gained great public interest. The report was about successful experience of collaboration between the SibFU and Rosneft in terms of personnel training which sets a good example of Public Private Partnership. Another project called ?The SibFU System of Open Courseware? also attracted mass interest. It was presented within the framework of the SibFU exhibition by Valery Dovgun, Professor of the SibFU Institute of Space and Information Technology as one of the efficient ways to apply IT in e-learning.
