The joint project of SibFU - TV and TV-Company ?Enisey-Region? was represented at the (Canada) held on May 12 – 16, 2011. The documentary film included in ?Two Civilizations? cycle of Valentina Varaksina, SibFU – TV Chief Editor and faculty member of Department of Journalism (the SibFU Institute of Philology and Language Communication) was showcased within the Festival program.

The film was shown to present Russian culture and the art of Russian Cinema to the North American public eye.

The Festival program also comprised documentary and feature film screening, student film competition, master-classes with TV Russia hosts and managers, meet & greet with masters of Russian art. Among Russian celebrities visiting the Festival were the stars of Russian Cinema Garik Sukachev, Alla Surikova, Mariya Yatskova, Vladimir Levin, etc.
