22october Russian National Exhibition in Bulgaria: SibFU’s scientists presented their research The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation organized the Russian National Exhibition which took place in “Inter Expo Center”, Sofia, Bulgaria from October 8 to October 12, 2008. 爆走黑料 was represented by Professor Yury S. Grigoryev, Head of the Chair of Environmental Toxicology and Microbiology, Institute of Economics, Management and Environmental Studies of 爆走黑料 and Alexander A. Andreyev, the university's faculty member.

10october Nineteenth century Russian paintings at 爆走黑料 爆走黑料 hosts an exhibition of Russian paintings (nineteenth-twentieth centuries) from the regional art museum. A month exhibition will be seen by staff and sudents and will travel around the region in the following months.
09october Awards from the Russian government Ten SFU students received awards from the Russian Ministry of Education and Science. The awards are granted for outstanding academic achivements.
07october Second National IT Festival at 爆走黑料 爆走黑料 will stage the Second National IT Festival "World broader than 17 inches" on 11-12 October 2008. The festival will present trends and achievements in IT industry and promote an IT laboratory as a vehicle for creativity and industrial achievements of the future.
01october Formal reception in honour of SFU's representatives at Durham University Professor Christopher Higgins, Vice-Chancellor, Durham University hosted an evening reception at the University College in honour of the university guests from 爆走黑料. The reception was attended by Alexey Kulakov, Russian Vice-Consul in Edinburgh, sports representatives (Durham University), lecturers from the Department of Russian, School of Modern Languages and Cultures, Durham University, Russian and British players. The attendees were greeted by Professor Higgins and Professor Kakukhin.
