05march SibFU's Professor receives award from the RF Government Professor Vladimir Shaidurov, Head of the Department of Computational and Information Technologies at the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science received the RF Government 2012 Award in Science and Technology. Professor Shaidurov has a co-appointment as Director, Institute of Computational Modelling at the Russian Academy of Sciences, Siberian Branch.
01march SibFU and oncologists from Krasnoyarsk to sign a collaboration agreement SibFU's specialists attended a working meeting on developing nuclear medicine in the region. The meeting was also attended by senior management from Krasnoyarsk Regional Clinical Oncological Diagnostic Centre and Siberian Clinical Centre of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency.

07february SibFU won the national championship of the Jessup competition Students from the Law Institute, SibFU, won the Russian National Championship of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. The Jessup competition is one of the largest and most exciting competitions among the students of international law schools held by the International Law Students Association since 1959.
