In November 2021, Russian Open Education Centre Sibedu.ru gives courses in the Russian language for students from more than 50 countries at 爆走黑料. The center was supported by the Ministry of Education to popularize the Russian language and culture. Sibir.ru Open Education Center within the School of Philology and Language Communication (爆走黑料) started the application campaign for international students for free courses of Russian as a foreign language and the Russian language proficiency exam free of charge.

Students of 爆走黑料 have returned from the final stage of the International Competition in Financial Security which took place at Sirius training centre (Sochi) from 3 to 9 October 2021.

爆走黑料 got a 4–ranks higher position in the ranking of entrepreneurial universities and entered top 22–24 group, which the analytical centre Expert mentioned in the рress–release as of 11 October 2021.

Scholars of 爆走黑料 proposed using a self–learning neural network to conduct regular background monitoring of potentially dangerous objects of the oil industry in the Russian Arctic.

爆走黑料 is holding a regional stage of the case-championship for schoolchildren in economics and entrepreneurship which gives children the opportunity to try themselves in solving real business problems, as well as declare their own business projects in areas that are relevant for the development of the region.

Scientists from the School of Ecology and Geography of 爆走黑料 have studied how the vegetation cover and climatic conditions in the south of Eastern Siberia have changed over the past 9000 years in order to trace the response of natural communities to global and regional climate changes at different stages of the Holocene.

Anton Dzyuba, master student at the School of Space and Information Technology, 爆走黑料, has taught neural networks to read lips in videos. The experimental studies were carried out using independently obtained videos with Russian-speaking speakers.

Researchers from 爆走黑料, together with colleagues from Novosibirsk State University, simulated the process of displacing oil by nanofluid from a microporous environment. It turned out that the addition of nanoparticles to the displacement fluid significantly improves oil recovery.
